I got a second request for ornament cookies for a Christmas party, so I thought I'd test out some new ornament cutters I just got. I like to give people new designs, so on the fly, I added in a different gold & black design and a silver & black burst design.
These cookies were for a client who really loves giving for the holidays. She is giving these cookie favors to various family members, friends and teachers in her children's lives. She is also giving her children the santa hats for their upcoming dance recital which has an Irish theme.
These Wine Bottle Cookie Favors were created for a 40th birthday. I love this idea because it's great for showers, new year parties, wedding favors and winery parties. They can be personalized and individually wrapped or displayed on a platter as seen below.
I had a very unique birthday request from a special birthday girl. She wanted Owls, Spiderman & Hello Kitty Cookies for her special day. So, gotta give the princess what she wants!
The cookies were such a big hit at school that I got a second request for her home party!
These Ornament Cookies were for an Ornament Exchange Party. I decided to make each ornament cookie unique to go along with the party theme. I got to use my new "Duff" silver & gold spray which saves a lot of time and luster dust. Definitely a great investment!
This Double Vanilla Lightning McQueen cake is for a birthday boy tomorrow. Mom wanted to keep it simple, but I really don't like doing simple. So I added a little fondant here and there and threw in a Kachow!
And the car itself isn't just a regular car...it actually talks and lights up!
These New York City themed cookies were for an outing to see the Radio Cty Music Hall Rocketts. There were 30 cookies in total. I would have liked to have done more, but it was a rush order so I had to work with the cutters I had on hand.
These First Birthday Cookies were pulled together for a rush order. They went through a couple of changes both in quantity and in color. I didn't have time to order a cutter, so all 60 cookies were hand-cut! I tried to be creative so there are 11 different designs. using 3 different colors so that most of the 60 cookies are unique.
This Dark Chocolate Cake was created for an IT specialist. It was a rush order, so I couldn't pull off a 3-D cake with the other orders I was working on. But I still like this design as something fun for an IT specialist. So stencil or images, all free-style piping.
