4th of July Cookies

I had a special request order for the 4th of July.  But since I like to do a little more than requested, I made her a couple of extra cookies with a few new design that I tried out and liked.

This Graduation Cap Cake is a 3 layer Dark Chocolate Cake with Dark Chocolate Frosting, covered in buttercream & fondant.

These chocolate & sugar cookies were created for a friend who was having a housewarming picnic.  Since it was so close to the 4th of July, I created cookies in both the home

color (purple) and red, white & blue.

Hello Kitty Cookies

I have been dying for a reason to use my new Hello Kitty cutter!

Well, finally I was given an opportunity!  A friend wanted some cookies - just because.  She didn't have a theme and told me I could do whatever I wanted!  So I tried out my new cutter and decided to do some fun summer and princess cookies to go along with Hello Kitty.

Power Ranger Cupcakes

These cupcakes were for a birthday boy who loves the Power Rangers.

They are a Double Vanilla Cupcake with my

Signature Dark Chocolate Frosting.

Thomas The Train Cupcakes

These Double Vanilla Cupcakes with my Signature Dark Chocolate Frosting were for my special birthday boy's school party.

I sent quite a few extra to his school but only one came back - specially set aside for his little brother.  I guess they really liked them!  :-)

Thomas The Train 3-D Cake

This Thomas The Train 3-D Cake was created
for my son's 4th birthday.

It's a dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate
filling topped with buttercream.

Everyone at his party really enjoyed this cake.  I really didn't want to cut into it.  My son not only loved Thomas, he really loved that his name was on it!  :-)
