Grinch Cookies

After doing so many holiday platters, I have to say that this platter is my all time favorite!
It features my all time favorite cookie - The Grinch!

What a great way to end my season of Christmas Cookie Platters!

Christmas Kiddie Cupcakes

These holiday cupcakes were for my children's classes.  I wanted to do more, but I didn't want to put
2 classrooms of toddlers on too much of a sugar high!  :-)

More Gingerbread Boys & Girls

Here are a few more gingerbread boys & girls that were shipped to New Jersey!

Christmas Cookie Platter

Here is another Christmas Cookie Platter that included a few new cookie cutters I just got.
I'm so enjoying all of the cookie platters this year!

Christmas Ornament Cookies

I got a second request for ornament cookies for a Christmas party, so I thought I'd test out some new ornament cutters I just got.  I like to give people new designs, so on the fly, I added in a different gold & black design and a silver & black burst design.

Birthday Cookie Platter Part II

The Spiderman, Hello Kitty & Owl cookies were such a big hit at school, I got a second request
for them to go along with the birthday cake!

Christmas Cookies

These cookies were for a client who really loves giving for the holidays.  She is giving these cookie favors to various family members, friends and teachers in her children's lives. She is also giving her children the santa hats for their upcoming dance recital which has an Irish theme.

Wine Bottle Cookie Favors

These Wine Bottle Cookie Favors were created for a 40th birthday.  I love this idea because it's great for showers, new year parties, wedding favors and winery parties.  They can be personalized and individually wrapped or displayed on a platter as seen below.

Another Unique Birthday Combo Request

This unique combo involved Dark Chocolate Brobee Cupcakes and
Lightning McQueen Cookies.

Birthday Cookie Platter

I had a very unique birthday request from a special birthday girl.  She wanted Owls, Spiderman & Hello Kitty Cookies for her special day.  So, gotta give the princess what she wants!

The cookies were such a big hit at school that I got a second request for her home party!

Christmas Ornament Cookies

These Ornament Cookies were for an Ornament Exchange Party.  I decided to make each ornament cookie unique to go along with the party theme.  I got to use my new "Duff" silver & gold spray which saves a lot of time and luster dust.  Definitely a great investment!

Lightning McQueen Sheet Cake

This Double Vanilla Lightning McQueen cake is for a birthday boy tomorrow.  Mom wanted to keep it simple, but I really don't like doing simple.  So I added a little fondant here and there and threw in a Kachow!

And the car itself isn't just a regular car...it actually talks and lights up!

Thanksgiving Day Cookies

These Thanksgiving Day Cookies include my
brand new cornucopia cutter.
I'm so glad I was able to use it this year!

Thanksgiving Day Mini Cookies

These mini turkeys were for 2 toddler classes.  They are both sugar cookies and chocolate cookies.

Thanksgiving Day Turkey Cookies

These big guys are on thier way to New Jersey for
a Thanksgiving Feast.
There were 30 of them in total.

Dr. Seuss

I have been wanting to make these cookies for a very long time!  I finally had the time to use these cutters.  I just love Dr. Seuss!

Radio City Music Hall Cookies

These New York City themed cookies were for an outing to see the Radio Cty Music Hall Rocketts.  There were 30 cookies in total.  I would have liked to have done more, but it was a rush order so I had to work with the cutters I had on hand.

Thanksgiving Cookies

I wanted to make some different cookeis this year for Thanksgiving, so here are the fun designs I've come up with
for this year's celebration...

First Birthday Cookies

These First Birthday Cookies were pulled together for a rush order.  They went through a couple of changes both in quantity and in color.  I didn't have time to order a cutter, so all 60 cookies were hand-cut!  I tried to be creative so there are 11 different designs. using 3 different colors so that most of the 60 cookies are unique.

Computer Cake

This Dark Chocolate Cake was created for an IT specialist.  It was a rush order, so I couldn't pull off a 3-D cake with the other orders I was working on.  But I still like this design as something fun for an IT specialist.  So stencil or images, all free-style piping.
