My First Groom's Cake

This cake is more than just a cake.

It is my first Groom's Wedding Cake!

This cake is my super moist, incredibly light, dark chocolate fudge cake with my signature dark chocolate filling, covered in fondant.  The edible pot of gold is a dark chocolate cupcake covered with my dark chocolate frosting and then topped with foil-covered chocolates.

The rainbow, clouds and shamrocks are made of fondant.  I wasn't going to do the rainbow originally, but VERY late last night, I figured, what do I have to lose?  If it doesn't stand up on its own, then I just don't do it.  No guts, no glory.  And as a result, my rainbow stands!  The bride will be surprised to see the added touch to her cake!

I was beyond excited to make this groom's cake.  Hopefully, it will be the start of an even bigger and more exciting journey for my business.  I am so happy and fortunate to be presented with clients who want something that's out of the box. It gives me a challenge to showcase my creaticvity and it gives them something to make thier guests remember thier special occasion!

Congratulations Brooke & Brandon!  I wish you Lots O' Luck!
